Once again, Explorer Post 500 will be at the Racine County Fair providing free, hands-on fire extinguisher training. Stop by our rehab support trailer right inside Gate 5 across from the Safety/First Aid Building and learn how to operate a portable fire extinguisher on a live fire. The training only takes a few minutes, is entirely safe and everyone who completes the training will take home a personalized Training Certificate. You never know when you will need to use an extinguisher... and it might even safe your life!
Explorer Post 500 is a youth organization offering hands-on instruction and skills training in the Emergency Services field. Sponsored by the Racine Fire Bells and supported by many area businesses and agencies, we are training the next generation of Heroes!
