Stop Child Abuse and Neglect Family Ice Cream Social

A family event at Mount Pleasant Lutheran Church will be hosted by Stop Child Abuse and Neglect of Lutheran Social Services. The organization provides awareness programming to preschool, kindergarten, 4th and 6th grade students. SCAN is hosting its first ice cream tasting fundraiser, SCAN's Cones for Kids. Funds raised will help support the audience base of awareness.

Mini cones from Caesar's Frozen Custard, Culver's, Georgie Porgie's Burger and Custard Tree Fort, Old Dutch Custard, and Sugar Shack will be offered. Tickets for the event are $5 for advance sales, $6 at the event, and children under 3 years are free.

Raffle prozes include festival passes, sporting event tickets for Milwaukee Brewers, Admirals, Bucks, and The Wave. In addition, gift certificates to local businesses, and gift baskets, will be raffled too.
