Case Eagles Soar Over Park Panthers

The Case Eagles came out on top, 40-14, over the Park Panthers Friday night at Hammes Field.

The Case Eagles and the Park Panthers met Friday night pretty evenly matched on paper, but the Eagles defense proved too much, and they carried the night for their first win of the season.

Both teams went into the game with 0-3 records, and Park even scored the first touchdown of the night. The Eagles answered a few minutes later with a touchdown and extra point of their own.

After that, though, the night belonged to Case's defense. Interceptions and fumble recoveries put points on the board, leading to a 40-14 rout over the Panthers despite several rally attempts by Park.
