Have you held or run for political office? First elected in 1995 as Village Trustee didn't finish term due to personal issues. Ran for Village trustee and was elected in 1999 served for 1 term. Finished 6 months of Bob Karnopp's term after he resigned due to health reasons. Finished final 6 months of Dwight Wendts term in 2006 - 2007, Ran in general election in April of 2007 and have been on the board as a trustee since. Ran one time (can't remember the year) as a write in and lost.

Related experience: 5th term since 1995, 10 yrs on Sturtevant Volunteer Fire Dept., 3 yrs on Racine Wastewater commission as Sturtevants representative, Currently on the Fire Oversight Board, Coached farm league baseball when my boys were playing and helped coach little league. Participated in various activities with my father for the Sturtevant Lions Club even though I was not a member of the club.
