Brew Fest is Moving To the Racine Zoo

After zoo board members learned the annual event may move to outside Racine County, they got together to save it.

Brew Fest has been saved!

This annual event of microbrew tasting heaven was in danger of moving out of Racine County, but the board of the Racine Zoo stepped in to provide a new home.

“This is truly one of our community’s signature events.  When the Racine Zoological Society Board of Directors learned that the festival was at risk of being held somewhere other than Festival Hall, possibly even outside of Racine County, the board mobilized quickly,” said Gregory Mayer, board chair.
