Racine Dental Group's New Building 'Every Room with a View'

The Mount Pleasant Planning Commission on Wednesday approved the practice's new office building.

Patients of Racine Dental Group next year will get their pearly whites cleaned in a new, state-of-the-art facility approved Wednesday by the Planning Commission.

A sleek new building measuring almost 60,000 square feet will become the new home of Racine Dental Group on Airline Road between the Highway 20 frontage road and Kinzie Avenue.

Spread over will provide rooms with a view for every patient in a chair. Services still offered will include general and children's denistry, oral surgery, braces, cosmetic dentistry and an in-house lab.

Racine Dental Group opened 40 years ago and now has a patient roster of some 40,000. Some doctors are second-generation, said Dr. Allison Emery, dentist and owning partner, in a written release.

“This new building will provide our patients with the latest in dental technologies, allowing for faster procedures, less pain and more precise work,” she said in the statement. "“Many of our doctors are second-generation Racine Dental Group doctors and we want to continue to provide the same quality, reliable services Racine Dental Group is known for, for generations to come.”
