Make a Difference Day is Oct. 22 and clean up is planned once again at Kirkorian Nature Preserve.

The annual Make a Difference Day means volunteers are needed to continue cleaning up the Kirkorian Nature Preserve in Sturtevant.

From clearing brush to picking up trash, anyone with a couple of hours to spare is asked to wear sturdy boots and dress for the weather.

"We need as many people as want to come," said Trustee Linda Busha, head of the Community Events committee.
