City of Racine, Elmwood Park and Wind Point Residents - $10 fee for first vaccine, $5 for each additional ($20 maximum per visit)
Non-Residents - $15 fee for first vaccine, $5 for each additional ($25 maximum per visit)
If unable to pay, the fee will be excused; no one will be turned away for inability to pay.
**Bring current immunization records**
Cash, credit and Medical Assistance/Forward Health Cards are accepted. A parent or guardian must accompany children under 18.
Flu vaccines will be available later this fall.

**Bring immunization records**
All immunizations can also be administered by your child's doctor's office. Call to make an appointment.
Wisconsin Law requires K5 - 5th graders be immunized within 30 days after school starts or they can be excluded from school for five days or the parent fined. Children must be vaccinated against: chicken pox, measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, polio, diphtheria, pertussis and tetanus. Waivers are available for personal convictions, religious beliefs and medical situations.
