Case Eagles Soar Over Milwaukee Hamilton, 67-55

The J.I. Case High School Eagles beat Milwaukee Hamilton Thursday in the WIAA sectional semi-final. They will face Milwaukee King on Saturday.

The Case Eagles faced a tough Milwaukee Hamilton team Thursday at Case, starting out a little slow against the rush of the Wildcats' offense.

Led by Kevon Looney, the 6'5" junior, Hamilton racked up points early, but Case quickly caught on to how Hamilton was going to play and met them nearly point-for-point through the first half. By the second half, the Eagles were on firm footing and while it wasn't an easy win, they clearly had the upper hand.

Case won, 67-55, and will face Milwaukee King at 1 p.m. Saturday at Horlick. King beat cross-town rival Milwaukee Vincent Thursday. The winner of the Case-King game will move on to the state tournament in Madison.
