It's Racine County Fair Time!

Where can you find farm equipment, animals, cotton candy, rides and family fun all in one place? Why, the Racine County Fair, of course! This weekend in Racine County also includes World War II aircraft, wiener dog races and a lakefront festival with fireworks. Real Racine has plenty of picks!

No time like Fair Time.  It's a short trip for family fun at the Racine County Fair, one of the state's biggest and best fairs! This year's edition runs through Sunday, July 28 at the Fairgrounds, 19805 Durand Ave., Union Grove. You can spend an entire day and not see it all!  There is livestock judging, children's activities all day long, live music, incredible food, racing pigs, lumberjacks, trained tigers and educated dogs. Oh, and no fair is complete without a carnival midway. Grandstand evening headliners are Styx on Thursday and Chris Cagle and Sawyer Brown on Saturday. Admission is $8 adults; $6 juniors (ages 8 through 13) and senior citizens and free for children ages 12 and younger. Parking is free. Visit www.racinecountyfair.com for the full lineup.
