Volunteers Needed for The Color Run Racine

You can be part of a colorful event - coming to Racine in May! Real Racine needs 200 volunteers for The Color Run.

Want to be part of a huge fun event? Real Racine is seeking about 200 volunteers to assist with The Color Run Racine coming to town on Saturday, May 19. Individuals and groups are welcome.

The most colorful running event in America, The Color Run Racine is a 5k, non-timed event in which runners/walkers are showered with colored powder (completely safe, food-grade cornstarch) as they run through the streets of Racine. As many as 10,000 participants are expected.

This is the perfect (and fun) volunteer opportunity for high school and college students who need volunteer hours for graduation. Volunteers will not receive payment. However, they will get a T-shirt and free admission into the post-race "Hairball" concert at Festival Park.
