Manhunt Under Way for Carjacker Who Killed 11-Year-Old Boy

The suspect, 34-year-old Rockie Douglas, is also wanted on Wisconsin warrants.

A man wanted for a series of crimes in Wisconsin and Illinois is on the run after causing a car crash that killed an 11-year-old boy on the South Side of Chicago.

Rockie Johnson, 34, fled from the scene, police said, with the boy dead in the street. He carjacked another vehicle at gunpoint and escaped. He was last arrested in Kenosha County in October.
