A man told police he and some friends were at a house Friday in the 1100 block of Jefferson Street where they were drinking beer and having a good time. The friend's parents eventually kicked them all out, so they decided to go to Kramer’s house in the 9100 block of Old Spring Street.

Once they got back to the house, one of the women with them was passing out drunk, so they took her and placed her in a bed in a guest bedroom upstairs. After 20 minutes, the man went to go check on the woman and when he went in the room he found Kramer having sex with her.

Afraid he interrupted or saw something he wasn’t supposed to, the man went back downstairs and told the woman’s friends what he just saw. They ran back upstairs, but the door was locked and they were unable to get inside the room. The victim eventually opened the door and was naked from the waist down.

She told her friends she thought she urinated on herself, then asked if she had just had sex with musician Johnny Craig. Kramer was nowhere to be found, but a screen was off of a window and the witness said he suspected Kramer had escaped that way.

The victim was taken to the hospital and interviewed by officers, where she told them she only had four beers and didn’t remember much of the night, but was unsure if she had been drugged.

Kramer is currently being held in Racine County Jail on $5,000 bond.
