Do You Know This Burglary Suspect? Call Racine County Sheriff

The man in these photos is suspected of breaking into video machines at the Petro Truck Stop off of I-94 and Highway 20.

The Racine County Sheriff needs help from Caledonia, Mount Pleasant and Sturtevant Patchers finding a video game thief.

Here is a press release received from the Racine County Sheriff's Office about video game thefts from the off of I-94 and Highway 20:

The Racine County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information on multiple thefts from video machines that occurred at the Petro Truck Stop in the Town of Yorkville.

On August 6 and August 10, 2011, video surveillance recorded the suspect breaking into video gaming machines and removing an unknown amount of cash. He left the area in a black Chevy Cavalier 2 door with Illinois registration N25-7804 displayed.

On August 22, 2011, the suspect was again observed breaking into a video machine. Deputies responded and the suspect fled the area, leading them on a pursuit southbound on I94 into Kenosha County. The pursuit was terminated shortly thereafter. The suspect was driving a dark grey 2005 Pontiac G6 4 door with Indiana specialty license plate ID1817 displayed during this pursuit.

The suspect is a black male, 30-35 years old, about 6 ft tall, heavy build (300+ lbs), bald with a slight mustache.

The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information regarding these thefts is asked to contact the Racine County Sheriff’s Office at 262 636-3225.
