So Many Oils with So Many Uses and Health Benefits!

Here is a description of 3 more oils that can help you take control of your health.

Frankincense oil can help body, mind and spirit. It may bring healing to the body, both mentally and physically. Bruises, skin irritations, moodiness, rashes may all be helped with Frankincense Oil. I find when I burn my Frankincense Resin burner, it helps me to get more work done and I am able to concentrate better. Frankincense is truly a gift and that is why it was one of the gifts given to Baby Jesus. Using products from nature to heal the body, that is what essential oils are all about.

I would like to talk about one of my favorite essential oils and one of the most used in my home. Thieves Oil! Thieves is a blend of clove, rosemary, lemon, cinnamon bark, and Eucalyptus radiata. This blend is highly antimicrobial, antiviral, anti-infectious, and antifungal. I use it to clean my kitchen counters after working with raw meat or any surface I feel needs disinfecting. The best part is that I am not breathing in toxic fumes while I am cleaning my home. We also diffuse it every night while sleeping so during the night we breathe in the molecules of the oil to fight any infection that might be brewing. My son no longer takes any allergy medication (allergies to mold) due to diffusing nightly!

PanAway, a wonderful blend of pain-relieving oil. I have had wonderful results relieving my arthritis pain with this blend. Just a drop or two and my pain simply disappears! Remember these oils are very versatile. PanAway may be used for headaches, muscle aches, arthritis pain, or a soothing massage.
