1st Course: Caramelized Cheese & Fruit Platter– Stilton blue cheese and roasted white grape and walnut salad, broiled Montrachet goat cheese with a balsamic berry compote, garnished with a petite salad and served with sesame flatbread crackers.
2nd Course: Potato Leek Soup- creamy potato soup accented with leeks, thyme, and topped off with crème fraîche
