With the boss at Mount Pleasant-Sturtevant Patch away, activities in the area kept this guest editor too busy to play. Here’s a sampling of this past week’s top stories.

Armed robbery at TFC Bank: Two Kenosha men face charges in this armed robbery. A sharp-eyed witness helped police nab these guys. One of them had talked his way into a car and was getting away.
