Explorer Post 500 is conducting free,daily fire extinguisher training at the Racine County Fair ... with real fire.
The Explorers is a youth organization providing hands-on training in the various emergency services and is sponsored by the Racine Fire Bells as well as a variety of local businesses.
Visitors who participate in the training will get a personalized training certificate.
The Racine County Fair runs from July 24-28 at the Racine County Fairgrounds on Highway 11 in Union Grove.
