Cheesehead-Made Products Now at Walmart by the Hundreds

A new program launching today touts just how many Wisconsin products are sold at Wisconsin Walmart stores.

Should a ever get built in or near or Caledonia, chances are company officials will make a big deal out of how many Wisconsin-made products are on store shelves.

According to a new program launched today, Jan. 24, Walmart's 84 Wisconsin stores are actively promoting the various items produced by state companies and workers.

For example, cleaning shelves at Walmart have enough Pledge, Windex and Scrubbing Bubbles from Racine's SC Johnson to make any home sparkle. Are your lips chapped? Franklin-based Carmex is the cure you need. Super Bowl party planning is in full effect even without the Packers so nosh on cheeses and meats from around the state and wash all that down with locally brewed beer. For example, Leinenkugel's is just up the I in Milwaukee. After indulging, head to the gym and keep your valuables safe with a lock from MasterLock, also made in Milwaukee.
