Statewide Nursing Home Conference

Farmington Hills based non-profit, MPRO, is partnering with One Vision: Moving Forward for a statewide conference for Michigan nursing homes. The goal of “So Happy Together: How to Achieve and Measure Consistent Assignment,” is to help nursing homes achieve a staffing method that protects resident relationships and improves the quality of their care.

“We’re excited to have several nationally known experts and a panel of Michigan nursing homes come together to share the philosophy and benefits of consistent assignment,” said Hollis Turnham, PHI Midwest Director.  Participants will come away with a plan to successfully implement a consistently assigned staff.”

Featured speakers include Nicholas Castle, MHA, Ph.D., University of Pittsburg, Carol Scott, Advancing Excellence in America’s Nursing Homes Campaign and Susan Misiorski, director of PHI Coaching and Consulting Services.
