Circuit Court Judge Ralph Ramirez flips pancakes on a rotating griddle Saturday, Feb. 19 during the Waukesha Rotary Club’s annual pancake festival held at the Waukesha Expo Center. Organizers planned for about 2,000 people to attend the 57th annual event.
