That's terrible. I think its gross that he gave both them STDs, but he is NOT a grown man. HE'S 17!! And both girls are within 2 yrs of his age, and he was a minor when he started sleeping with both of them. For him to be charged with 2 sexual assault felonies is ridiculous..

Let me say this. From my own experience with this law system this is bull. He was 15 when he had the first child with her. I was 14 years old when I had my first by a 17 year old. He got 4th degree with only probation for 12 months. Now my daughter was 13 yrs old and taken advantage by a slick mouth 19 yr old and I was told the cops I needed physical proof. Really?! They want to charge a 17 yr old for a 15 yr old he's obviously been with for 2 yrs on and off but not a true grown man whose 19 yrs old. I agree he shouldn't be charged and you cannot blame the parents. My parents couldn't be blamed. I knew right from wrong and was raised right. I was a good child who got straight A's.

He should not be charged what is the world coming to, he is a kids himself this is crazy, the parents don't have anything to do with this you can teach til you blue in the face and kids will do what they want to when they get to a certain age, he is a kids just like them two girls are my prays go out to you the mom cause God only know what I would do if it was mine....

This is bs. I know him and hes no where near what people are thinking and saying. He was 15 years old and a child himself when this happened. Ok so I cam see probation but 50 year....really! there's no mean-spiritedness meant, just a very surprised (albeit feigned) reaction to the fact that people want to stick up for a sexual predator - 17 or 70, if you prey on young kids who don't KNOW that their actions have consequences you should be punished.
