New Pick 'n' Save Brings 120 New Jobs to Mount Pleasant

Expanded departments, cafe seating and new services mean more employees are needed.

After months of construction, the new Pick 'n' Save store is set to open in Mount Pleasant on Tues., Sept. 13, at the corner of Highways 31 and 11.

The new store has roughly the same square footage as the present location at Regency Drive, also on Highway 31. The Green Bay Road store will close at 5 pm on Mon., Sept. 12, and the new store will open its doors at 6 am on the 13th.

Roundy's company officials expect to have 210 employees at the new store, which includes 120 new hires as well as moving current employees.
