Man Accused of Exposing Himself Faces Felony Charges

Police say a Mount Pleasant man exposed himself to a child and now faces felony charges.

A Mount Pleasant man is facing almost eight years in prison and up to $30,000 in fines because police say he exposed himself to a child.

Craig C. Trott, 23, was charged Thursday in Racine County Circuirt Court with one felony count of lewd and lascivious behavior and two counts of exposing his genitals or pubic area to a child.

According to court records, Trott made his initial appearance and was assigned a $1,000 cash bond. As a condition of his bond, Trott is prohibited from having a cell phone with a camera, from electronically transmitting photographs, and from having any contact with the victim and the victim's mother.

Trott is next due in court on Nov. 14 for a preliminary hearing before Court Commissioner Alice A. Rudebusch.
