Starting to cancel things too early is a sure fire way to weaken the storm, which since this was announced has been downgraded.

After school programs are essential in a child's development.

While the single mother is occupied with work, State sponsored University indoctrinated personnel can properly direct the child's thoughts and future close association with government as a provider. Cradle to Grave. As nature intended.
